FRC letter dated April 27, 1989, requested that we examine l
current and previous settlement agreements which we have made with employees who have filed complaints with the Department of Labor l
(DOL), to ensure that restrictive clauses regarding the ability of employees to provide information about potential safety issues to the NRC are not present-in any of these settlement agreements.
Furthermore, that letter also requested us to notify the NRC no later than July 31, 1989 if any such restrictive clause were identified.
This letter provides our response.
We have completed our examination of such agreements and have not identified any restrictive clauses concerning an employee's ability to provide potential information about safety issues to the NRC in any of our agreements with current or fore.ar employees, contractors, subcontractors or their employees regarding DOL issues.
