Yankee has examined its records to determine if it has any current or previous agreements with employees which contain restrictive clauses of the type noted in Reference (b). We have concluded that neither our current nor our previous employee agreements have contained restrictive clauses prohibiting, or limiting in any way, employees from notifying the NRC of potential safety issues.
