I am requesting a renewal of our Quality Assurance Program for Radioactive Material Packages.
Accordingly,' I am submitting an updated QA Program for Radioactive Material Packages dated September 1, 1989.
You will note there is a change in our company name to Twin City Testing Corporation.
You will also note that we have bought Nebraska Testing Corporation of Omaha, NE and Patzig Testing Laboratories of Des Moines, Iowa.
These companies operate under an Agreement State License in Nebraska and Iowa respectively.
Our branch offices in Bismarck, Fargo and Grand Forks operate under an Agreement State License in North Dakota.
The remainder of our offices in Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota are under the jurisdiction of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
In accordance with 10CFR Part 170.31, a check in the amount of $150.00 for the application fee for this QA Program renewal accompanies this letter.
