During the period from January 15 to February 25, 1989, members of NRC staff con-
ducted routine safety inspections of your facility. We documented the results of
that inspection.in the' enclosed report. After the conclusion of the inspection
period on February 27, 1989, Mr. T. Moslak of my staff summarized the inspection
findings with Mr. T. Broughton and other members of your staff.
Based on the results of this inspection, the inspectors identified no conditions
adverse to nuclear safety or regulatory requirements.
