In accordance with reporting requirements of technical specifica-tions Section 6.9.1.5, the Millstone Nuclear Power Station - Unit 3 Monthly Operating Report 89-09 covering operation for the month of August is hereby forwarded.
Please be advised that the change in both Maximum Dependable Capacity (Gross Mwe) and Maximum Dependable Capacity (Net Mwe) were effective December, 1988. Previous reports should reflect this change.
