. South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) hereby requests a revision to the Technical Specifications for the~ Virgil C.. Summer Nuclear Station (VCSNS). Specifically, the proposed change revises the surveillance requirements of Technical Specification 3/4.4.5.." Steam Generators," to
-extend the application of the F* tube plugging criterion for the life of the Lsteam generators. Administrative 1y, the definition of an F* tube was clarified by grammatically restructuring the phrase without altering the technical content.
- Attachments 1, 2,'and 3 constitute the licensing submittal for the requested Technical-Specification change. Attachment 1 contains the marked-up Technical Specification pages Attachment 2 contains the safety analysis and supporting technical justification for the change, and Attachment 3 is the
-significant hazards evaluation pursuant to 10CFR50.91.
This proposed Technical Specification change has been reviewed and approved by both the Plant Safety Review Committee and the Nuclear Safety Review Committee.
