1989, TU Electric hereby commits to revising the FSAR in a future amendment to l
include the following information previously provided in References 1 and 2.
Response 16 to Question 423.12 will be revised to summarize the l
"Special Test" for the DC System Minimum Voltage Calculation

Validation.
1 Section IA(B) for Regulatory Guide 1.68 Item 20 and Table 14.2-3, Sheet 23, will be revised to include a 10% load transient test at approximately 30% power following completion of the 50% power plateau i
testing.
1 In addition, TU Electric will provide in a future FSAR amendment, a clarification to FSAR Section 14.2.5 to state that the Plant Manager is responsible for authorization to proceed to a higher power level following completion of major power plateau testing (i.e., 0-5%, 50% and 75%).
