The' area examined during the: inspection was the service failure of the shaft'in
Chilled Water Pump B. Within;this area, the inspection consisted of selective
"e examination of. procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel,,
~and observations by the NRC inspector. The inspection findings are documented-
in the enclosed-inspection. report.
