APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear i
Regulatory Commission, the New York Power Authority, as holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specifications contained in. Appendix A of this license.
This amendment to the James A.
FitzPatrick Technical Specifications revises the Bases of Specification 3.2 on page 59.
The change clarifies the description of the flow integrators associated with the containment drywell sumps.
This change is purely administrative in nature and makes the Bases consistent with the as-built plant configuration.
The proposed change to the Technical Specifications is Attachment I to.this Application for Amendment to the Operating License.
The Safety Evaluation for the proposed change is included as Attachment II.
