Inspection Report No. 50-458/88-09 is being submitted to provide a
current status on corrective action taken on item 8809-01, " Assessment
Aids".
Initial response to the Violation was provided in a
letter

Deddens dated July
6,
1988 (RBG-28210) with a
supplemental report provided on November 30,
1988 (RBG-29473).
The
inspection was performed by Mr. A. B. Earnest on April 11-15, 1988 of

activities authorized by NRC Operating License NPF-47 for River Bend
Station - Unit 1.

In accordance with 10CFR73.21, information contained in the attachment
has been determined to contain safeguards information and should be
handled accordingly.
