APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50 30 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the New York Power Authority, as holder of Facility Operating License No. DPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specifications contained in Appendix A of this license.
This application for an amendment to the James A.
FitzPatrick Technical Specifications proposes changes to Tables 4.1-1, 4.1-2, and 4.2-1 on pages 45, 46, 47, and 78.
These changes correct typographical errors, add modifications inadvertently omitted from previous amendments, and improve the consistency of the Technical Specifications.
l The proposed changes to the Technical Specifications are Attachment I to this Application for Amendment to the Operating License.
The Safety Evaluation for the proposed j
changes is included as Attachment II.
