Dear Mr. Nerses:
Reference (b) requested that New Hampshire Yankee (NHY) reexamine its current and previous settlement agreements, labor agreements and other agreements to determine if restrictive clauses exist which inhibit employees or former employees from providing information concerning potential safety issues to any members of the NRC.
New Hampshire Yankee has conducted the requested review and has determined that no such restrictive clauses exist.
