By letter dated September 4, 1987, as supplemented October 14, 1987, April 5, 1988, February 20, 1989, and March 20, 1989, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) submitted a license amendment request for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Units 1 alt 2.
The proposed request deletes cycle specific
^
fuel parameter limits from the Technical Specifications. The NRC Project Manager recently requested CP&L to review the previously submitted Technical Specification pages to ensure the incorporation of recent license amendments.
The Company has determined that certain proposed Technical Specification pages require updating to incorporate issuance of previous amendments.
Enclosed is a summary of the revisions necessary, along with the updated proposed Technical Specification pages.
