The referenced letter transmitted the allegation and requested a response within 45 days from receipt.of the letter.
A telephone conversation
.on May 2, 1989, between Messrs. G. Pirtle'and P.J. Laird established that a due date' extension.until May 11, 1989, would be appropriate. We informed Mr.
J. Kniceley of your staff that the response was mailed late because of an.
administrative error.
The response to the allegation is contained in the Attachment to this.
letter. The Attachment to this letter containe information that is considered as-Exempt from Public Disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a).
