Peach Bottom Unit 2 - Inservice inspection l
In accordance with the Philadelphia Electric Company Second Ten-Year Interval inservice inspection Program, inservice Inspections (Isis) were completed on Unit 2 during the April 21, 1987 to April 26,1989 Extended Refueling Outage. In add l tion, repairs and replacements were
- completed during this period on Section XI components. Enclosed are three copies of the.
J inservice inspection Final Report (N!S-1) which summarizes the examinations performed. Also enclosed in a separate report, " Summary of ASME Repairs and Replacement Completed", are copies of the summary of repairs and replacements (NIS-2) performed during this period.
Several indications were identified as a result of these examinations, and their resolutions are contained in Section 3 of the (NIS 1) report, " Summary of Indications Observed".
In addition to the ISI Reports, a detailed data package has been assembled, which supports ! Sis examination. This package is retained by PECo, and is available for review.
