With your applications dated February 6 and 28, April 14 and 18, and May 8,1989, you remitted a check for $150 for each of your applications. These applications were for amendments for the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. The enclosed revisions to 10 CFR 170 that became i
effective on January 30, 1989, deleted the requirement for a $150 application fee for reactor applications and topical reports.
Therefore,.a $150 check does not need to be remitted with future applications.
As an administrative convenience, we are not refunding the $150 for each of the applications which you submitted.
Instead we will give credit i
when an invoice is issued for review of these applications. Let us know if this is not acceptable to you.
