Gentlemen:
SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION OF AGREEMENT STATE LICENSEE WORKING'UNDER THE I
GENERAL LICENSE PROVISION OF 10 CFR 150.20
This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. R. Thomas of . ..
this office regarding the activities being conducted by Mr. Mark May on May
12, 1989 at the Hawaiian Airlines maintenance shop at the Honolulu
International Airport, Honolulu, Hawaii.
The activities on this date were being conducted in accordance with the Form
NRC-241 dated May 1,'1989 which is authorized by the general license provision
of 10 CFR 150.20.
No violations were identified as a result of this inspection.
The enclosed inspection report stipulates the areas examined and the findings
made by the. inspector.
