Correction To Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report The attached changes are issued to correct the Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report submitted to the NRC via Reference 2.
These changes affect Tables VII-D-1 through VII-D-9 and Tables VII-E-1 through VII-E-6 and were due to an error when entering the data into the computer.
Seven radioactive isotopes were omitted from the LADTAP program that calculates doses due to liquid effluents. Measures have been implemented to reduce the possibility of this type of error happening in the future.
l Please replace pages VII-40 through VII-55 in the Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report with the attached pages.
