50-445/89-30: 50-446/89-30 AUGMENTED INSPECTION TEAM (AIT) INSPECTION OF CHECK VALVE FAILURES v
Gentlemen:
TV Electric has reviewed the NRC's letter dated July 10, 1989, concerning the Augmented Inspection Team (AIT) inspection of the check valve failures which caused reverse flow through tl.e Auxiliary.Feedwater System. The NRC's letter requested that TU Electric provide a schedule for submittal of a report summarizing the lessons learned from.the events (including weaknesses and recommendations identified by this AIT) and the corrective actions that TV Electric plans to take.
TU Electric will submit a report, as described above, by August 18, 1989.
