DOCKET NOS. 50 445 AND 50 446 MONTHLY OPERATING REPORT FOR APRIL 1998 Attached is the Monthly Operating Report for April,1998, prepared and submitted pursuant to Technical Specificat bn 6.9.1.5 contained in Appendix A to the CPSES Units 1 and 2 Operating License Nos. NPF 87 and NPF 89, respectively. During this reporting period, there have been no failures or challenges to the Power Operated Relief Valves or Safety Valves for CPSES Unit 1 and Unit 2.

This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPSES Units 1 and 2.
