results of this inspection two violations of NRC requirements were identified. These violations are discussed in Appendix A of the referenced letter. A restatement of the violations and APS's responses are provided in Appendix A and Attachments 1 and 2 respectively, to this letter. The response to the deviation discussed in the referenced letter will be transmitted under separate cover.
