LICENSE CHANGES CONCERNING THE PROPOSED MERGER OF S0YLAND POWER COOPERATIVE AND WESTERN ILLIN0IS POWER COOPERATIVE RE:
Clinton Power Station, Unit 1 Pursuant to 10 CFR 51.119, the Comission has requested the Office of the Federal Register to publish the enclosed " Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant linpact." This notice is in regard to your request dated November 2, 1988, for a change to the Operating License to reflect an ddjustment to the Ownership interests in CPS which will occur when Soyland Power Cooperative merges with Western Illinois Power Cooperative and WIPC0 ceases to exist as a separate entity.
