The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.
to facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application (LCA165)datedMarch1,1988,assupplementedAugust5,1988.
The amendment revised the Trojan Technical Specifications by deleting the U-235 fuel enrichment limit on fuel assemblies, and authorizes the storage and use of new fuel assemblies with enrichment of up to 4.5 weight percent.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation and a copy of the Notice of Issuance which was forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication are also enclosed.

The amendment revised the Trojan Technical Specifications by deleting the U-235 fuel enrichment limit on fuel assemblies, and authorizes the storage and use of new fuel assemblies with enrichment of up to 4.5 weight percent.
