ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. NPF-1, TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT (TAC NO. 67441)

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. to facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application (LCA165)datedMarch1,1988,assupplementedAugust5,1988.

The amendment revised the Trojan Technical Specifications by deleting the U-235 fuel enrichment limit on fuel assemblies, and authorizes the storage and use of new fuel assemblies with enrichment of up to 4.5 weight percent.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation and a copy of the Notice of Issuance which was forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication are also enclosed.
