Reorganization ~f New Hampshire Yankee o Gentlemen: The New Hampshire Yankee Division of Public Service Company of New Hampshire will implement the reorganization described below, and provided on as a marked-up FSAR figure, effective July 24, 1989. A new position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer will be established. The Senior Vice President will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer who will remain at Seabrook Station to provide overall' direction for New Hampshire Yankee. Reporting to the Senior Vice President will be the Executive Director - Nuclear Production, the Executive Director - Engineering and Licensing, the Executive Director of Emergency Preparedness and Community Relations, the Director of Quality Programs, the Director of Administrative Services, the Director of Corporate Communications, and the Controller. The F2ecutive Director - Nuclear Production assumes the duties and responsibilities formerly held by the Vice President - Nuclear Production. i The Executive Director - Engineering and Licensing, and the Director of Quality Programs have assumed the duties and responsibilities formerly held by the Vice President of Engineering, Licensing and Quality Programs. Details on this organization change will be included in Final Safety Analysis Report Amendment, 63, which is scheduled to be submitted on December 31, 1989.
