This is to inform you of Region IV plans to rotate managers between the Division of Reactor Safety (DRS) and the Division of Reactor Projects (DRP) within NRC Region IV. Effective June 4,1989 Mr. James L. Milhoan will

-l assume duties as Director, DRP, and Mr. Leonard J. Callan will assume duties as Director, DRS. Currently, Messrs. Milhoan and Callan are the Directors of DRS and DRP,'respectively.

l Since the Director, DRP, serves as the primary regional point of contact for Region IV power reactor licensees, the upcoming change in managers will affect, as a minimum, their correspondence procedures. This changes will not affect your present procedures since the Comanche Peak Project Division of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation serves as your primary point of contact.
