Additionally, I would like to inform the Court that at a hearing before the Senate Subcommittee on Nuclear Regulation held today, Chairman Hendrie of the Nuclear Regulatory Commis-sion advised the Subcommittee that the Commission intended to prepare a programmatic environmental impact statement on the decontamination and disposal of the radioactive wastes from the Three Mile Island Unit 2 accident.
I would appreciate your distributing this letter to the Court in advance of'the November 13 argument if'at all feasible.
