NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT 2 STEAM GENERATOR TUBE PLUGGING REPORT North Anna Unit 2 completed eddy current examination of all three steam generators during the recent 1989 refueling outage. As required by Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.a, attached is a listing of those tubes that were plugged during the recent outage.
