Gentlemen:
In.the referenced response to NRC Staff Concern 1.B.4.b, TU Electric' committed to replace the Unit-1 Emergency Diesel Generator wattmeters with Class 1E certified wattmeters prior to Hot Functional' Testing. This replacement was completed on June 19, 1989, after completion of Hot Functional.Testinq. There-is.no safety. significance to the delay since the certified wattmeters were not-required for the Hot Functional Testing.
