The enclosed report refers to the above subject inspection of Millstone 3.
The
results of the inspection are described in the enclosed report and were dis-
cussed with Mr. C. H. Clement of your staff.
No violations were identified.
Paragraph 5.1 of this report documents our review of your Plant Incident Re-
ports. We note that two areas, fire detection surveillance and blocking open
of fire doors, deal with recurring problems for which corrective actions were
not adequate to prevent recurrence. We request that you provide us with your
actions to address the foregoing problems.
