l Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corperscion has reevaluated the proposed Technical Specification changes and determined that the request should be withdrawn. The bases for this determination include the extensive nature of the additional an& lyses required by the NRC staff, the diminished j

I operational need for the changes, and the length of time involved from the original submittal until the anticipated completion of the NRC staff review. However, the amendment request may be resubmitted in the future if operational needs dictate.
