EXAMINATION' REPORT,FORTCALHOUNSTATION(FCS)
During the week of April 10, 1989, the NRC administered examinations'to employees of-your company who had applied.for. licenses to operate the FCS facility. At the conclusion of the written examinations, the examination keys were provided to facility. staff personnel.
Both applicants passed the examinations and have been issued the appropriate licenses.
Please note that this is the third set of replacement examinations administered at FCS within the last twelve months to a total of ten candidates.
In order to efficiently use. limited examiner resources in the future, it may be necessary to delay or reschedule examinations until at least six applicants are available. Due to the shortage of licensed operators and senior operators at FCS..we will attempt to schedule examinations for smaller groups, but only as resources permit.
