1989 Safety Analysis Report Update for Fort Calhoun Station Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.71(e) and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(6), please find attached one original set of inserts and 10 copies of the 1989 Updated Safety Analysis Report (USAR) for Fort Calhoun Station. For Omaha Public Power District's purposes the original is designated as Copy Number 1 and the copies as Copy Number 2 through Copy Number 11. In Reference 2, OPPD committed to provide a clarification on identification of Engineered Safeguards systems and components within section 6 of the USAR. Upon further evaluation of this commitment it was determined that the scope of this task would have to be expanded to ensure complete identification of Engineered Safeguards systems and components within the USAR. The schedule for completing this task is now October 15, 1989. A separate USAR revision, incorporating the changes identified in this task, will be transmitted by October 31, 1989.
