In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10. Part 50.54(p),
Carolina Power & Light Company hereby transmits the original and three copies of Revision 11 to the Industrial Security Plan for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
The attached contains no change which is known to decrease the effectiveness of the plan or level of security provided.
Revision 11 is a very comprehensive revision to the Brunswick Industrial Security Plan and includes the following changes: incorporates information previously submitted as Changes to the Provisions of the Industrial Security Plan as page changes; provides a more accurate description of protected area illumination; describes a special reactor building air-lock portal; and other changes that correct, clarify or update provisions of the plan. A Summary of Revisions that identifies and discusses each chance made under this revision is included to assist with the review process.
The attached information has been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR73.21.
