In response 'to your letter dated April 27, 1989, Duquesne Light Company sent inquiries to all Beaver Valley Power Station contractors and subcontractors, and performed an internal review. With the majority responding to date, we have not identified any restrictive clauses in any settlement or agreement with employees, which would limit the' reporting of potential safety issues to the NRC.
Follow up correspondence will be directed to those that did not respond to the first information request. We will advise you if any subsequent' correspondence confirms the existence of any restrictive clauses.
