This letter is being'sent to invite you to attend a Power Reactor Operator Licensing. Seminar planned by the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC),

Region I.

The purpose of the seminar is to discuss recent changes to the format for both the requalification examinations and initial examinations and other topics as indicated on the enclosed agenda.

The seminar will be held'on May 31, 1989, at the Valley Forge Convention Center
