V0GTLE UNITS 1/2 ANTITRU3T LICENSE CONDITIONS Our review of the Vogtle Antitrust License Conditions has identified two errors involving phrases contained in the Construction Permit Antitrust Conditions omitted from the Vogtle Unit 1 Antitrust License Conditions (Appendix C to License NPF-68). The Vogtle Unit 2 Antitrust License Conditions are correct. The specific errors are listed in the enclosure.
We are requesting that you submit an amendment request to license HPF-68 to correct Appendix C.
