In accordance' with your application dated March 7,1989, and pursuant to Title 10,. Code'of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM.180 is' hereby amended to authorize a new laboratory building.- Accordingly, Condition 9 is revised to' include the date of March 7,1989, and' Condition _10 is revised as follows:

10. Juthorized place of use: The Nuclear Engineering Laboratories located in.

Taylor Hall,. Room 32N of the Engineering Science Building, and Balcones Research Center.

.In' addition, Conditions-14 and 17 are revised to incorporate the " License Condition for Leak Testing Sealed Uranium Sources" dated August 1987 and

" Guidelines for Decontamination of Facilities and Equipment Prior to Release

'for Unrestricted Use or Termination of Licenses for Byrroduct, Source, or 9-Special Nuclear 11aterial," dated August 1987.
