During the week of February 27, 1989, NRC administered one Senior Reactor Operator and five Reactor Operator examinations-to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your CNS facility. ' At the conclusion of the written examination, the written examination questions and answers were provided to your licensed operator training staff for review and comment. At the conclusion of the site visit, a brief exit meeting was held with training and operations representatives to inform them of problems noted during the

onsite examination process.

I Operator candidates passed the examinations and have been issued the appropriate license.
