.' On. Ma rc h 16, 1987, TV Electric notified you by letter logged TXX-6334 of a reportable deficiency. involving the installation of the safety related 6.9 KV switchgear on structural embedments which were not level.
The latest report on this issue, logged TXX-88354, was submitted March 29, 1988.
This is a
. supplemental report submitted to update the corrective action completion schedule.
TXX-88354 indicated that testing for the switchgear would be completed by March 20,.1989. As described in TXX-6334, the testing being performed is the normal pre-operational testing.
This testing has been rescheduled for completion by_ September 1,1989 for Unit 1 and prior to Unit 2 fuel load for Unit 2.
The test report will be available on site following completion of the tests.
