ACCEPTANCE OF CHANGES TO THE SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT (STP) OPERATIONS OVALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION We have reviewed the changes to the STP Quality Assurance (QA) program addressed by your Letter ST-HL-AE-3149 dated June'28, 1989.
We find that your submittal. continues to meet the requirements of.10 CFR-Part 50, Appendix B, and is.therefore acceptable.
If there are any changes to QA comitments existing in docketed correspondence outside of the Safety Analysis Report QA program description,'you are obligated to notify this office.
