Designator AC92-2 Restrictions Against Ownership of Certain Security Interests by Members of Advisory l Committee on Nuclear Waste; Gifts, Entertainment and Favors The Office of General Counsel, in coordination with the Regulatory Publications Branch, has developed a regulatory history for the final rule revising 10 CFR Part 0, " Conduct of Employees," published in the Federal Register on September 13, 1988. Documents relating to this regulatory history have been compiled and given the designator "AC92-2." These documents and the related attached index, have been designated as either "For Public Document Room" or "For Central Files."
OCG requests that these documents be appropriately indexed into the NUDOCS system, microfiches and placed in either central files or the public document room as requested and in accordance with NRC regulatory history procedures.
