On August 8,1988, we issued the subject generic letter which requested that the Millstone Unit 3 instrument air system undergo a design and operations verification review. As indicated in your letter dated February 17, 1989, all actions required by Generic Letter 88-14 have been completed for Millstone Unit 3.

Our review of your actions, ir, response to Generic Letter 88-14, is complete at this time.
