SUBJECT: EXAMINATION NO. 50-423/89-05 (OL)-
During the week of March 21, 1989, the NRC administered written and operating
examinations to four (4) employees of your company who had applied for licenses
to operate your Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit
3,
at Waterford,
Connecticut. Based on the results of these examinations, three (3) individuals
were granted licenses. Details of these examinations are described in the NRC
Region I Examination Report which is enclosed with this letter.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this
letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
No reply to this letter is required, bu't should you have any questions

regarding the examination results, please contact us.
