.Thank you for your letter dated February 7,'1989, in response. to our.
December 29, 1988 letter concerning allegations pertaining to the
. fitness for duty of a member of the security force at Braidwood Station (Allegation RIII-88-A-0133).
In our letter, we requested that you review the individual's background and current condition to. determine this individual's fitness for duty and submit the results of your investigation to the NRC.
Your response indicated that your investigation of the allegation, which included administering the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) and a review of Performance Assessment and Continual Observation reports, determined that the individual is fit for duty. We found your investigation.to be sufficient to support your conclusions and have no.
additional questions regarding this matter. We request that you retain the supporting documentation for your investigation of this allegation for a minimum of one year from the date of this letter.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
