e. b OPERATIONS NARRATIVE Cooper Nuclear Station February 1989 The reactor. remained shutdown through February 4, 1989, due to continuing maintenance on Main Steam Isolation Valves. The generator was synchronized back to the grid at 1041 on February 5, 1989. On February 13, 1989, the reactor was administrative 1y derated while repairs-and modifications were implemented on Diesel Generator No. 1. Similar modifications were also made to Diesel Generator No. 2. The administrative power limitation was lifted on February 17, 3989. No other scheduled. or unscheduled shutdowns, or other unscheduled power reductions were experienced during the month of February. A capacity factor of 73.8% was achieved for the month, i i l } l l
