, Gentlemen:
As a. result of comments provided by Westinghouse Electric Corporation concerning the CPSES' Unit 1 Technical Specifications. TU Electric has determined that the. actions provided for Overtemperature N-16 and Overpower N-16 in Table 3.3-1 (items 7 and 8 respectively) need to be modified.
s Attached is a marked-up version of the Final Draft Technical Specifications reflecting the changes which should be made.
