Based on:our review and evaluation, your request cannot be approved. 'It is our position that all Technical: Specification line items should be examined by the auditing organization within a specified period of time determined by the licensee. The five year period also appears to be appropriate based on our review of other. plants within Region III. This position is concurred in by both NRR and Region III.
