- Technica1' Specification Changes for Containment Penetration' Conductor Overcurrent Protective ~ Devices-Gentlemen
By. letters dated-September 9, 1987 and May 4, 1989, Technical Specification changes were requested which would relocate Tables 3.8-1A and 3.8-1B out.of'the Technical Specifications. These letters also requestedfa. modification to the surveillance for fuse inspection and testing, and proposed the method for
. testing the lower voltage ci'rcuit breakers be relocated'to the bases.
By-letter. dated May 25, 1989, similar changes requested for McGuire Nuclear Station in regard to the relocation of Tables 3.8-1A,and.3.8-1B, were denied.
Therefore, the above referenced amendment requests are hereby withdrawn.

proposal for proposing the balance of changes to Technical Specification 3/4.8.4 will be submitted shortly.
