This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. Furia and Dr.
'J. Jang of this office on June 19-23, 1989, of activities authorized by NRC
License Nos'. DPR-21, DPR-65 and NPF-49, and to the discussion of our findings
held with Mr. C. Clement and other members of your staff at the conclusion of-
the inspection.
- Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which.is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures'and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were noted.
