i Normal coastdown operation continued through April 7, 1989. -At 2400 on April 7, 1989, the reactor was manually scrammed from 25 percent power and the End-of-Cycle 12 Refueling and Maintenance Outage' began. The Unit Capacity Factor for April was 20.4 percent.
